Full Job Description

Moshulu Stirling require a Supervisor working a minimum of 16.5 hours per week over 3 days.

Tuesday 9.00-5.00, Wednesday 1.00-5.00 and Sunday 11.00-4.00.

Flexibility is key as additional hours for holiday, sickness cover etc will be required.

(Moshulu Stirling is situated in Dobbies Garden Centre).

Passion for product

We're looking for someone with a passion for product and with a colourful character, ready to deliver a smile with every purchase. Working alongside your store manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, motivating and leading the store team. Experience isn't necessary, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Flexible

Our growing brand means it's important that our team members are flexible in their job roles, up for any challenge and able to work within a changing environment. Normal working pattern is 16.5 hours/week, including weekends (please check the main Jobs page for details of specific vacancies).

In your store

You will work with your store manager to ensure your store is ready to greet our customers, delivering our distinctive visual merchandising style. You will ensure the quality and care of stock, store and team as well as carrying out housekeeping and banking duties, and will support the manager with store opening and closing procedures.

Planning

You will work alongside your store manager to set daily, monthly and yearly objectives for both the team and your own personal development. We encourage progression as individuals and as a brand, which helps us to find better ways of working and means that we challenge ourselves every day.
