An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic person to play a key role in delivering a professional high quality service to customers at Linlithgow Burgh Halls.

Duties will include cash handling, preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, use till to take payments, checking customers identification and age verification, greet customers and create a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining a clean and organised bar area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards, clearing tables, wiping surfaces and operating the glasswasher to ensure ample glassware is available.

Willingness to work a flexible work pattern including daytime and evening hours is essential.

Candidates would need to be 18 years of age or over as working in a bar environment is essential.
