Full Job Description

The care team have an exciting opportunity for a Support Coordinator to join the team based in Glasgow, supporting all Care Professionals & Clients throughout the East Renfrewshire area.

Your job will entail:

  • Liaising with clients, care professionals, families and other professionals

  • Support with Scheduling Care Professional visits

  • Carrying out Care Consultations with potential new clients

  • Carry out Supervisions, Touch points & Wellbeing checks with Care Professionals

  • Matching clients and Care Professionals

  • Supporting care visits by covering as and when required

  • Completing regular audits to ensure high quality care is always delivered

  • Care Pro Supervisions and Client Quality Assurance visits

  • On call rota co-ordination and participation in on call duties

  • Supporting Care Professionals and identifying training needs

  • Identifying recruitment needs

    Car driver and have access to own vehicle

  • Previous experience in a co-ordinator role, scheduler or managerial based role

  • Care experience

  • Organised

  • Good IT skills

  • Genuinely passionate about delivering high quality care, Senior Care (or equivalent): 1 year (preferred)

  • Care: 2 years (required)
