We aim to work in partnership with commissioners and others to develop and deliver high-quality care in the community to vulnerable people.

As a large provider of social care services, Mears works collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to address challenges in the social care marketplace.

We are Mears Supported Living Ltd, providing a range of care and support services to people out in the community and in their own homes.

About the role

What does a career in care look like?

Job roles include:

Providing all elements of personal care, support & assistance to clients.

*

Demonstrating companionship and commitment.

*

Prompting and administering medication.

*

Getting to know your clients and forming a stable relationship with them.

*

Meal preparation.

*

General household maintenance and tasks.

This will be to cover 24hrs a week and the shifts may vary between Week1 fri /sun 8am-8pm, Week2 wed/sun 8am-8pm, Week3 sat/sun 8am-8pm and Week4 wed/sun 8am-8pm.

You will be rewarded with a sense of community as well as a long term career path, where progression can include jobs roles such as Senior Care worker, Visiting Officer, Coordinator or Branch Manager.

All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears- does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
