Task Lead (Project Engineer

Aker Solutions in Dyce, Aberdeen are looking for a Task Lead (Project Engineer) for a brownfield maintenance and modifications contract, this role is inside of IR35., Provision of Task Lead engineering services to Company Engineering department to enable;

• Required activities to facilitate smooth and timely delivery of assigned project scopes to acceptable company standard


• Progress reporting as required for assigned project scopes


• Compliance with policy, process, and regulations


• Project awareness of risks and mitigating actions


• Promotion of compliance with company Health & Safety standards


• Lead / participate in meetings as required to deliver the contracted scope of work
  
  Knowledge and experience of Planning, Costing and Estimating within a project environment


• Proficient in at least two of the Project Controls key functions


• Highly numerate


• Experienced in delivery of high service quality to key customers


• Demonstrable experience within the project delivery environment


• Demonstrable team leadership


• Critical understanding of operator business drivers


• 10 years experience in Oil & Gas industry, 5 years of which must be in Senior Project engineering role


• Ability to interface with different project groups containing technical and support personnel Good analytical skills
