As a Team Leader, you can expect to take on the following:

  • Ensure that our people perform to the highest standard delivering exceptional results

  • Manage workload in a timely and effective manner

  • Deliver on our quality and assurance initiatives

  • Analyse and present opportunities for improvement


    • If you are passionate about helping others and keen to go above and beyond in fast-paced environment then this role is for you.

  • Minimum of 12 months' experience in a leadership role

  • Care and nurture for our people, inspire and motivate them to deliver the best Customer Care through the use of coaching and development
