Responsible to
Head of Care, You will be responsible for the day-today running of the service and a team that includes an Assistant Team Manager and Childcare Practitioners. You will lead the delivery of a child centred service for five children, providing a loving and caring family home. This will include assessment, planning, supervision of staff and partnership work with local authorities. You will also be expected to work as part of the wider organisation, contributing to development and improvement.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative national charity. You will have skills and experience in leading teams and delivering high quality services for children. A relevant qualification is required together with SSSC membership and you must be highly skilled in working with others, an excellent communicator and have knowledge of the impact of trauma on children.
