Full Job Description

  • Manage complex IT integrations across the systems stack (provision and fault stacks) to help drive business value for Openreach

  • Manage delivery of requirements from inception to warranty across the lifecycle

  • Work across multiple technologies and engineering teams on a global partner base

  • Partner with the business to form technical roadmaps, planning schedules and estimation for business case development

  • Ensure quality is delivered through partnership with quality assurance teams

  • Effectively manage/mitigate issues and risks for the programme, Requirements Gathering

  • Experience as a servant leader in facilitating programme-level processes and execution in an agile environment

  • Experience of software release management

  • Have good experience in agile transformation in a product setup

  • Proven experience leading cross geography teams

  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment and to deal well with ambiguity

  • Strong communication and influencing skills and can foster a fun, collaborative and energetic environment

  • You create a culture where the team can achieve their best results by providing continuous coaching, real-time feedback and development opportunities

  • Demonstrable and proven delivery management skills with a track record of successful deliveries
