Full Job Description
- Must have a full, clean driving license.
- Must be willing to undergo DBS checks.
- Developing territory business plans that will grow the business.
- Developing sales and business development strategies
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Generating and following up quotations and reports
- Communicating new product developments to prospective and existing customers
- Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify new opportunities
- Assess sales performance according to KPI's.
- Participate in Industry or promotional events (e.g trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships.
Previous sales experience is essential, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role - Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance metrics
- Strong negotiation skills
- Be able to close deals and overcome objections.
- Similar role in the same market would be desirable but not essential.
- A good standard of written English and Maths is essential.
- Strong knowledge of IT and the use of Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential.
- Experienced in using CRM systems.
- Any previous training/presenting skills would be desirable

Overview of the role:
The Territory Manager will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Evac+Chair International's strategic sales and marketing plans.
The role will require 50% selling time derived from leads generated via central marketing activity (this may include supporting National/FM
customers via the National Account Manager) and 50% of selling time from leads derived by via self-generated activity to new/new customers and
upsell/cross sell to existing customers within the territory. Knowledge within the Health and Safety and Fire Safety field would be highly desirable.
Must have a full and clean driving licence and be able to travel long distances sometimes involving staying away from home.
