Financial Statements for the last Three financial years available. Where accounts are not in English, the Tenderer must provide certified extracts in English language;

Minimum overall turnover of 250,000 GBP per year for the last 3 financial years available, depending on date on which the economic operator started trading, as far as the information on those turnovers is available;

Minimum specific turnover of the area covered by the contract of 250,000 GBP per year for the last financial years available, depending on the date on which the economic operator started trading, as far as the information on those turnovers is available.

A current bank reference report at a minimum value of 250,000 GBP

The Contracting Authority will carry out an Equifax check where a Bank Reference cannot be obtained and this will form part of the economic and financial evaluation of economic operators.

Evidence of current Employers and Public Liability Insurances to the minimum extent of 10,000,000 GBP and 5,000,000 GBP respectively;

Protection and Indemnity Insurance. A minimum of USD 500,000,000 on each vessel, all claims inclusive of costs, fees and expenses either approved or incurred by the insurer, for any one accident or occurrence or series of accidents or occurrences arising out of one event;
