Trainee Duty Manager

Duty Manager to join our team. The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel functioning. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality management., Manage hotel operations during scheduled shifts
- Supervise staff, including front desk, housekeeping, restaurant and bar
- Ensure high-quality guest services and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain hotel security and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize hotel performance

We are seeking a dedicated Trainee,

• Previous experience in within the hotel industry


• Proficiency in guest services and hospitality management


• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams


• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities


• A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional standards


• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the hospitality industry., A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
