TRAINEE PROPERTY MANAGER - FACTORS DIRECT

We are now recruiting for a Trainee Property Managerto support our busy and growing team with particular focus on delivering high levels of customer service.

Key duties will include:

· Handling of day to day matters with support of our Managing Director and being the main point of contact for property owners for any issues relating to their property development - repairs, services (cleaning/gardening) and billing queries.

· Providing a responsive, professional, and friendly service while building good relationships with owners.

· Managing maintenance issues from start to finish - instructing and liaising with trades /contractors - keeping owners fully updated.

· Overseeing service contracts at property developments and resolving any issues, including safety compliance instruction.

· Carrying out regular property inspections with support of our Managing Director.

· Occasional meetings with owners, accompanied by our Managing Director.

· All connected admin, email communications, telephone calls.

Candidates should have experience in a similar property based role however factoring experience isn't essential. It's important you are a confident communicator with good organisational skills and a professional outlook. Past experience of maintenance is desirable. Full driving license required.
