We want to hear from you if you are ambitious, driven and resilient. Through a period of sustained growth, Search are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Commercial team.

Our Dundee Commercial team provides recruitment solutions to clients across the East Coast of Scotland, sourcing talent for a variety of roles. This position will specialise in a niche aspect of Public Sector recruitment, meaning you'll work in a competitive field where you'll recruit for often complex roles and will develop significant technical knowledge over a long period.

We will support you in generating new business opportunities, providing your clients with comprehensive recruitment solutions for long-term partnership. We have an outstanding client and candidate database, providing you with an established professional network from day one.

You'll receive ongoing training and support from our experienced Leaders and Talent Development team. From your first day at Search, you'll receive the tools and resources to support you in becoming an expert in your specialist market.

* Ideally 12+ months in a customer service or sales position.
