Full Job Description


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our clients internal recruitment team as a Trainee Recruitment Partner.


This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within the field of recruitment while working closely with experienced professionals. As a Trainee Recruitment Partner, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organisation's objectives.


Our client operates hybrid working with 2 days per week spent in the office and 3 days working from home.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Sourcing Candidates: Utilise various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to actively source potential candidates for open positions within the organisation.
  2. Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Assist in coordinating and conducting interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Candidate Management: Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates, feedback, and guidance to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  4. Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment, including scheduling interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded.
  5. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify recruitment best practices and opportunities for improvement.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other members of the recruitment team to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and drive the selection process forward.
  7. Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge of recruitment practices, tools, and techniques. Take initiative to continuously improve your skills and expertise in the field.

Qualifications & Criteria:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
