Full Job Description
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations within our sales and customer service department
- Learn and implement company policies and procedures under the guidance of seasoned professionals
- Work closely with colleagues to meet departmental targets and objectives, engaging in diverse sales environments including B2B, B2C, events, and residential settings
- Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing queries and concerns effectively
- Support in training and guiding team members, ensuring everyone is equipped with the necessary skills
- Keep track of inventory levels and assist in procurement activities as required
- Analyse sales figures and contribute insights for enhancing performance
- Actively participate in meetings, sharing ideas for streamlining processes and boosting efficiency
- Team Leadership and Recruitment: Take on increased responsibility by guiding and mentoring newer team members while also participating in the recruitment process to bring in fresh talent.
- Backend Operations: Explore areas such as Human Resources (HR), client management, and broader aspects of business management, gaining insights into the administrative functions that underpin our operations.
