Full Job Description
- To ensure that information on our Data Management system is accurately maintained.
- Collaborate with other branches to ensure timely completion of service requests.
- Assist with coordinating the scheduling of Technicians, Drivers and Valeters.
- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry and filing documents.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual will a desire to develop their knowledge and skills within an office environment. - Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Team player and great interpersonal skills.
- You will be organised and able to multitask in a fast pace working environment.
- Ability to learn new IT systems is a must.

The successful candidate will assist in providing administrative support for the branch to help maintain the smooth running of operations. Previous experience of working within a car or commercial vehicle environment would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.,
