As part of this commitment, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Training Support person to join our dedicated Training & Development team. In this role you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of training programmes for our staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide exceptional care to our residents., · Support the Training & Development Manager as part of the Training and Development Team to assist in the delivery of training programmes for staff members in our care homes.

· Ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment for participants.

  • Travel between different care home locations to support training activities, including liaising with our care home mangers.

  • Provide administrative support, such as maintaining training records preparing training-related documentation.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes, gathering feedback from participants to identify areas of improvement.

  • Stay updated on best practices, and regulatory requirements related to training and development in the health and social care sector.

    Previous experience working in a health and social care setting, with a solid understanding of the sector's training and development needs.

  • A valid driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel between different locations.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff members.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • A positive attitude and a passion for training and development in the health and social care sector.
