Full Job Description

Aberdeenshire Council has embarked upon an exciting programme of transformation and are recruiting for a Transformation Programme Manager to lead, direct and ensure delivery of corporate wide strategic transformation programmes and projects.

With substantial experience of leading change and organisational transformation, you will be an experienced Project Manager and strong communicator, skilled in cross service collaboration, working with workstream leads across transformation in a number of different disciplines. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in transformation, driving meaningful change and working across a diverse portfolio of areas.

There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the whole organisation.

This post is fixed term for a period not exceeding 30/04/2026
