Do you have a passion for bringing communities together and making a positive impact? Are you a skilled project coordinator who thrives in a flexible and rewarding environment? We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to lead the innovative "TVAyrshire" project, funded by the National Lottery Community Fund. This exciting initiative aims to support young people across Ayrshire with high-quality training in all aspects of new media. As Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall success of TVAyrshire. You will manage various project aspects, and ensure the project delivers on its goals within budget and timeframe with support from Ayrshire Film Co. staff. The role is part-time (3 days/week) and requires flexible working, including occasional weekends and evenings. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the project plan, breaking down objectives into achievable milestones. Manage project budget effectively, tracking costs and identifying potential risks. Recruit, engage and support 25 young people over the course of 12 months through a series of training, group and 1 to 1 sessions. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including funders, partners, and beneficiaries. Communicate effectively, keeping everyone informed and engaged throughout the project. Monitor progress, identify and address any issues promptly. Evaluate the project's impact and report on achievements. What we are looking for: Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion. Interest in creative media activity such as photography, film-making and podcasting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Passion for community development and social impact. Flexible working approach, including evenings and weekends. Although not required a driving licence may be advantageous due to the varied nature of delivery locations.
