I am handling a fabulous 'HR Business Partner' opportunity on behalf of an amazing, successful, global professional services organisation. Everyone I have placed within the HR function here is really enjoying it and carving out a really strong HR career, surrounded by supportive, driven, kind colleagues.

I need you to have a solid track record of driving forward an HR agenda in line with business strategy, from diagnostic through to designing and delivering solutions. Technical depth in a specialist HR discipline such as Leadership and Talent, Organisational Development, Strategic Workforce Planning or Employee Experience would be an advantage.

You will, ideally, have generalist HR experience gained within the professional services industry and you will provide commercial and pragmatic HR expertise to key stakeholders in a specific area of the business, alongside partnering with colleagues across the global HR function to design and deliver well thought through people solutions.
