Waiter

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Take food and drink orders accurately

- Deliver orders to tables promptly and ensure accuracy

- Provide menu recommendations and offer suggestions to enhance the dining experience

- Upsell additional items to increase revenue

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

applicants must have at least 3 years front of house experience and preferably in an Italian restaurant., Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

- Knowledge of basic math for processing payments accurately

- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety guidelines

- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction

- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed

- Culinary knowledge is a plus
