Waiter / Restaurant Supervisor

Working towards-
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and supervise staff members in their respective roles
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Optimize profitability though teamwork and service

Proven experience front of house in the hospitality industry
- Bartending experience therefore candidate must be age 18 plus
- Excellent team skills and ability to also work on their own
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures would be an advantage
