Waiting Staff

We are seeking Full-Time and Part-time waiting staff to join our team at Route 74 Glasgow. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibility will be to take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide excellent customer service. If you have a passion for food, hospitality, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you., Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food safety protocols are followed
- Clear tables and clean dining area after customers have finished their meals
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Till experience would be an advantage although training will be provided.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Have a friendly and out going personality.
