Adapting and thriving in a busy, fast-paced environment duties will include supporting our Bar Manager and Senior Whisky Ambassadors to ensure SCOTCH is delivering only the best experiences for our guests. You will display a keen interest in whisky, a passion for learning and a love for following the latest news and trends within the category.

The Balmoral is located at Edinburgh's most prestigious address, No. 1 Princes Street, where the Old Town stops and the New Town begins. Our hotel's majestic clock defines the city's skyline and since the day we opened in 1902 it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.

The Position

You will be working in our signature whisky bar, well stocked with over 500 different Scottish whiskies and will be on hand to guide our guests to their perfect whisky.
