Wick Airport Check in Officer

Position overview : This role would involve the checking in of passengers/baggage, processing of associated flight paperwork, flight dispatching, communicating delays/disruptions with passengers, liaising with relevant third parties, occasional marketing tasks.

Customer Service experience
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
- Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Excel/Word
- Flexibility to work additional hours in the events of disruptions

This role would be a back to back position with another check in officer, there would be a requirement to work every second Sunday and some split shifts. Full on the job training will be provided.
Rate of pay :
£13.75/hr - standard hours
£20.75/hr - overtime (out-with standard hours)
The average hours per week would be 17hrs (excluding delays - which in aviation do happen regularly!)
