Full Job Description

NLC 5 (£24,628 - £26,082) Pro Rata

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are customer focused and who will take pride in delivering excellent customer service to our stakeholders. Attention to detail is essential to join the Workforce Systems Team within our dynamic Employee Service Centre. 

Reporting to the Workforce Systems Senior Advisor, you will work within the Workforce Systems Team to provide first-line system administration, operational and security support. These duties will include providing support with iTrent enquiries, ensuring system security and appropriate access levels are set and participating in testing of current, new or enhanced software and functionality of our workforce systems. 

The right candidate should be self motivated and be able to plan and prioritise their own workload while maintaining attention to detail and concern for accuracy.  

Educated to Standard Grade or equivalent and with a moderate level of relevant experience of working within a customer focused shared service centre or HR/Payroll environment, you will have a detailed knowledge of HR/Payroll systems and processes. You will have good understanding of modern workforce systems such as iTrent, communication and team working skills and will have a high standard of numeracy and analytical skills.

This is a temporary position until 30/09/2024.

Work Pattern:

Monday to Thursday - 08:45am to 16:45pm

Friday - 08:45am to 16:15pm
