Working hours - 37.5hrs per week, as part of a rota including sleep overs (2 days on and 4 days off - average of 10 sleep overs per month),

Ensure that the care team have the knowledge, skills and ability to provide effective care for children and young people

Contribute to assessments and care plan arrangements and participate in reviews and meetings with other professionals

Adhere to professional standards and registration requirements.

Often, our children and young people have been subject to adverse childhood experiences and trauma. We are seeking people who have a good understanding of the difficulties and challenges that children may face and have the confidence and ability to support them to recover, grow and flourish.

Working knowledge of childcare related legislation, health and social care standards and national guidelines.
