Job Title: Temporary Payroll Administrator

Location: Prestwick (Fully Office Based)

Duration: Temporary, until December 2024

Pay Rate: 14 per hour (PAYE)

Role Purpose: As a Temporary Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and supporting the transition of the Payroll function from Prestwick to a Regional Payroll Model in Belfast by the end of 2024. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages for approximately 1,200 employees. This includes handling full end-to-end payroll processes in accordance with company legislative agreements (e.g., PAYE, SSP, SMP).

Qualifications and Experience:

Previous experience in payroll administration
Familiarity with payroll systems (Dayforce would be advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
