Posting bank transaction to the ERP system & allocating credits & debits to the appropriate sales and purchase invoices

Monitor account receivable mailbox and respond to all queries in a timely fashion

Answer phone calls from customer & resolve queries

As an integral part of a small Finance Team you will be responsible for all cash and accounts receivable administration duties. You will be proficient in using Microsoft Excel and finance ERP software to ensure bank accounts are fully reconciled and all invoices are posted in a timely fashion. You will be confident in speaking to customers and other departments in the business to build professional and productive working relationships., IT literacy essential, with intermediate Excel skills

Experience of preparing balance sheet reconciliations is preferred
