Finance Assistant (Sales Ledger)

0.4 FTE (Preferably 2 days a week, however other working patterns will be considered) £22,899 per annum, pro rata (Pay Award Pending)

An opportunity has arisen for a permanent, part time finance assistant to join the existing Finance Team on a 2-day a week basis. The successful candidate will complement the existing resource within the team, primarily supporting the workload within the accounts receivable function through raising invoices, assisting with student and employer queries, monitoring debt, processing receipts and maintaining petty cash floats. Other ad-hoc administrative duties may be required within the role to support the wider remit of the Finance Team.

As a team player with attention to detail, good communication skills and an interest in learning and enhancing processes, the successful candidate does not require any formal accounting background although previous administrative experience is required.
