Classroom Assistant based at the Pre-5 Unit at Kilmodan Primary Pre Five.

Kilmodan ELC is looking to recruit an exceptional early years Classroom Assistant to join our team. Our ELC has its own designated, well resourced classroom within the Kilmodan Primary School building. We have outstanding outdoor learning facilities including an outdoor classroom, our own school forest and the shinty pitch and playpark are on our doorstep.

Our ideal candidate will be dedicated to working in a rural and remote community as part of a small, dynamic team. Our ideal candidate will have a warm, friendly approach that makes every child feel respected, special and loved. You will need to be prepared to get muddy and wet as we are outside in all weathers.

The salary shown is the full time equivalent salary; the actual salary will be paid pro-rata for the hours worked, on a term-time basis.

This post requires Protection of Vulnerable Group (PVG) membership in relation to working with children.
This post requires registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
This is a temporary post which may be filled on a secondment basis by an employee wishing to gain experience/career development and will be at the discretion of the employee’s director.
