Peace Recruitment is working with an established Contractor who work across various market sectors delivering commercial developments as well sports & leisure centre builds

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager for a major project based in Fife. You will have the responsibility of overseeing all works and will be involved with the project from inception to completion, as well as being client facing.

To be considered for this role, you will have the following;

SMSTS,
CSCS (Black Card preferably),
First Aid.

Previous experience on Leisure Centre build including swimming pools would be preferred but our client will also consider those with main contracting project management experience.

This role will be a minimum of 6 months contract initially, to be extended to end of 2024 with new project(s) in Central Scotland, with a rate of circa £28 to £30 per hour dependent on experience and location. Start date is June tbc.
