Role Overview:

Position: Plumber / Gas Engineer

Location: North Lanarkshire (BFS HQ in Bellshill)

Responsibilities:

Installation, repairs, and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs)
Identifying defects and creating parts lists with estimated repair times
Adhering to Health and Safety regulations and industry best practices
Supporting the field service team and maintaining internal processes
Providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clients

Requirements:

Background: Experience as a plumber or gas engineer

Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in plumbing or gas engineering

Driving Licence: Clean driving licence

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
