As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. This is an ongoing temporary position with the potential to be extended or made permanent long-term.

Responsibilities:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and directing them to the correct teams
- Handling a high volume of calls in a professional and timely manner
- Using in-house system to establish the customer need and identify the relevant next steps
- Recording customer information to account records

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality is preferred but not essential

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Excellent communication skills
- You must be eligible to work in the UK and pass a criminal record and credit check
