We are looking for an organised person to fill the role of Senior Admin Assistant for our public libraries. You will need experience in an administrative role and good communication skills. This role demands strong ICT skills, particularly for Excel to handle the administrative and statistical needs of the service. You will also be supervising the work of the other Admin staff. As well as good customer care skills, you will need the ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

You will work 17.5 hours per week Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10am - 1.30pm, Wednesday and Thursday 11am - 2.30pm.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
