Property Inspector - Glasgow

Starting Salary: 25,000 pro rata

Note: Property experience is NOT essential, training will be provided. It is essential however you have full access to a vehicle for business use.
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Property Inspector to join our client for a 6-month surge period over the busy summer months.

This role is integral to maintaining the high standards of the property portfolio across Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, inventories, and move-out reports, ensuring compliance, and managing relationships with contractors and clients.

Day-to-day of the role:

Conduct thorough property inspections across a diverse portfolio of rental properties.
Identify urgent repairs and recommend proactive property improvements.
Taking 360' pictures of all rooms.
Source and liaise with contractors within various cities.
Ensure all void properties are checked in line with insurance requirements.
Assist with preparing and scheduling inventory and move-out inspections.
Perform spot checks and provide support to our Property Manager.
Maintain positive client relationships and ensure a high level of customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
Self-motivated with a commitment to achieving department KPIs.
Candidates must have their own car for travel.
