As part of their continuous growth and commitment to excellence, they are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Budget Management: Preparing and managing project budgets throughout the construction process, monitoring expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
Tendering: Preparing tender documents and participating in the tendering process to select reliable subcontractors and suppliers while maintaining cost competitiveness.
Contract Management: Administering contracts with subcontractors and suppliers, negotiating terms and variations, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
Financial Reporting: Preparing timely and accurate financial reports, cost analysis, and forecasts to provide key insights for project stakeholders.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on project costs and timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential construction projects.
Proficiency in quantity take-off and cost estimating software.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Membership with a relevant professional association is preferred (e.g., RICS, CIQS).
