The foundation of this role goes back to 2014, when Link established its first in-house repairs contractor based around a high quality, customer-focused service that delivered value for money. Twelve years on, these founding principles remain, despite this being a significantly larger enterprise offering more extensive services to the Link group of companies and beyond. This role will play a central part in C~urb's growth strategy and Link's strategic aim of diversifying our customer base and increasing profitable income to build more homes, leverage investment in existing homes, improve services for customers, and develop opportunities for our staff.

  • The Managing Director will provide strategic and operational leadership, ensuring that C~urb Property Maintenance delivers exceptional services aligned with Link Group’s mission of building sustainable communities. Key responsibilities include:
