What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with personal care, mobility and daily living activities
- Assisting with medication and dietary requirements while promoting dignity, choice and independence
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
- Supporting people to remain independent in their own homes and communities
- Following support plans and contributing to positive physical and emotional wellbeing
- Building positive relationships with the people you support and their families
- Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies and procedures
- Working as part of a supportive team to provide outstanding care

Essential Requirements
- Female applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Flexibility to work weekend shift patterns
- Ability to work in and travel throughout the Tain area
- Willingness to register with the SSSC and maintain registration
- Commitment to attending training and review meetings as required
Previous care experience is welcome but not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided. You do not need to have experience of care and support work (with exception to overseas applicants as below). You need to be committed to making a difference to people’s lives by delivering high-quality care and support.
