Full Job Description

The Anti-Racism Observatory for Scotland (AROS) is a community-rooted initiative established to challenge systemic racism and hold power to account by scrutinising institutions and amplifying the voices of those affected by racial injustice.

We are a new and ambitious organisation seeking an individual with excellent multimedia digital skills who can produce and promote compelling content from data and lived experience to increase anti-racism awareness and action across Scotland.

You will be highly motivated, proactive and strategic in your approach, with the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders and sectors.

AROS is hosted by the University of Strathclyde in partnership with the Coalition for Racial Equality and Rights (CRER) and is funded by the Scottish Government for a two-year start-up phase ending 30 October 2027.
