About the Role
As part of an ambitious new long-term strategy and plan for fundraising growth and development, the Rangers Charity Foundation is seeking a dynamic and motivated Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Executive to support the delivery of our fundraising strategy. This new role, supported by our Fundraising Manager and alongside a Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Executive, will focus on generating income through individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, and campaigns, helping us to continue making a meaningful impact in our community and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the Foundation’s fundraising strategy across individual giving, corporate partnerships, events, and campaigns.
- Managing and delivering a number of fundraising events and activities as directed and agreed with the Fundraising and Partnerships Manager, with targeted and specific outcomes.
- Support the expansion of the Foundation’s True Blue Heroes Campaign, encouraging supporters to take on personal fundraising challenges.
- Contribute to the development and help coordinate the delivery of a significant new regular giving campaign.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, supporters, and partners, ensuring excellent stewardship and engagement.
- Share responsibility for managing key charity partnerships, supporting relationship development and activation.
- Respond to general and complex enquiries from supporters, partners, and stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of fundraising campaigns, including digital and direct mail appeals.
- Maintain accurate donor records and income tracking using the Foundation’s CRM system.
- Contribute to the Foundation’s fan engagement strategy, often taking the lead in implementing related fundraising and engagement activities.
- Contribute to the Foundation’s overall strategy and charitable activities as part of the wider team.
- Any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the role, as required by the Foundation.
Skills & Experience Required
- Demonstrable experience and success in fundraising, income generation, or supporter engagement relevant to this role within a charity or similar environment.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a passion for engaging supporters and partners.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- A commitment to the Foundation’s values and mission.
- Experience working effectively as part of a team.
