We're looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and multi-skilled Receptionist to become a valued member of our busy administration team, supporting Mental Health Services at the Mental Health and Wellbeing Hub, Torbay Hospital., Youll be:

The first point of contact for visitors, staff and callers, managing reception duties and handling a wide range of enquiries.
Communicating confidently with a diverse range of services and individuals, building strong professional relationships both internally and externally
Using a mix of manual and computerised systems, including room booking and patient records
Signposting staff and visitors to appointments and informing teams of arrivals
Ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
Maintaining a well stocked, welcoming, accessible and professionally presented environment
You'll also ensure that all communication and information handling meets strict patient confidentiality requirements.
