A strong understanding of cost control, valuations, procurement and contract administration.
Excellent commercial awareness and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
A proactive attitude with a practical, "can-do" approach to problem solving.
The ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with design teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.

Join an award-winning and highly respected Scottish property business.
Work on a diverse portfolio of exciting development projects.
Play a key role on the client/developer side of the business.
Be part of a supportive, close-knit and experienced team.
Competitive salary package of £35,000 - £50,000, dependent on experience.
Opportunity for professional development and long-term career growth.
