We are looking for two experienced and enthusiastic Personal Assistants to support the Senior Leadership Team and Senior Managers. These are key roles within a busy environment, requiring highly motivated administrative professionals with strong communication skills.

You will provide comprehensive, efficient, and confidential support to the Falkirk Health & Social Care Directorate and Corporate Support Services.

A key element of the role is supporting Senior Managers; therefore, a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including full Microsoft 365 functionality (e.g., Copilot, Planner, SharePoint), is essential. Responsibilities will include diary management, minute taking, email management, letter production, report formatting, and handling general enquiries and requests. Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.

You will have relevant PA or secretarial experience, ideally within a healthcare, local authority, or equivalent senior management setting. The ability to work autonomously and use your own initiative is essential, as is a flexible and proactive approach.

These posts are hybrid roles and will be based at Falkirk Stadium.
