With a rich history of successful project delivery they are seeking a Project Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

contributing from the onset of projects to the design of innovative and progressive design solutions that reconcile client’s goals and priorities while fostering opportunities for design excellence.
Perform material and building system research and participate in the coordination and preparation of project specifications
Ensuring CDM safety in design
Organising yourself and other technical staff to ensure deadlines are met
Ensuring that projects are completed on time and meet all requirements of the design brief and client requirement documents
Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the team.

Qualifications:

ARB qualified Architect with circa 5 years post part III experience.
Proficient in Revit
Experience working on UK defence projects as well as education (desirable), industrial (desirable), and healthcare (desirable)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Office projects
Understanding of BIM level 2 requirements and processes.
