As a Customer Services Support Representative, you will be the friendly voice of FuseBox, providing our customers with a professional, adaptable, and solution-oriented experience.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls.
Accurately processing sales orders using SAP.
Managing customer requests and order changes seamlessly.
Responding promptly to emails and customer inquiries.
Building strong relationships through stellar service.
Efficiently resolving customer queries with a proactive approach.
Collaborating smoothly with our internal teams to enhance service delivery.
Supporting your team with various tasks as needed.
