Eight to ten years experience in a high quality establishment

Two to three years as a Chef de Partie

Performs other related tasks as assigned by management.

Complies with Dalmahoy Hotel and Country Club policies and procedures.

Working hours as required to do your job but normally not less than 45 hours per week.

To plan menus with the use of seasonal produce when available.
