You will play a key role in the success of your store by collaborating with instore colleagues and our UK Sales Team to provide a memorable customer experience to professionals & DIY enthusiasts. We will look to you to use your people skills to help maximize the sales and market share of AkzoNobel products and accessories in your store. You will carry out customer deliveries to homes and businesses too.,

Play an active part in engagement planning & monthly store meeting sessions.
Ensure customers receive a warm welcome, an informed conversation & personalized proposal.
Use our client service tools to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Support your store's monthly customer contact plan.
Follow the merchandising plan to restock the shop floor
Develop your skills & encourage colleagues to do so using our training tools.
Load the van and plan delivery routes as a relief driver, providing cover when the regular driver is on annual leave.

Proven experience in a customer service/retail role.
Enjoys a collaborative working environment where supporting colleagues is key.

Full driving licence.

This is a part time 20 hr per week role, and you need to be available to work shifts between 7am and 5pm Monday - Friday.
