Provide a professional HR service to our employees and managers in Edinburgh (on occasion to Camberley and Benelux employees)

Build strong customer focused and trusting relationships with managers and employees

Develop, communicate and maintain human resources policies and processes aligned to best practice and employment labour law. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees in applying these policies and procedures

Partner with our HR COE groups to execute plans on companywide programs and initiatives and support with talent acquisition, compensation and benefits processes as required

HR Systems: Ensure accuracy and integrity of data; database access control and manipulation of system to produce reports as required by HR and or the business

Payroll and Benefits: support of the monthly payroll and benefit administration for all employees including liaison with internal payroll team

Build and support a positive employee engagement culture across the region and support business leaders with employee engagement activities

Ensure that all HR support to the business is provided in a compliant, high quality and timely manner.

Degree level educated and/or equivalent work experience

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience

Fluency in English and other European language (a plus) for both written and oral communication

Solid, up to date knowledge of HR operations, employment law, payroll, benefits for UK

Familiar with and working in adherence to Spanish specific legislative data privacy requirements and compliance

Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required

Has experience of working in fast pace environment.
