Ability to organise and deputise a section of the kitchen by following and assigning specific duties

Work closely with the wider culinary team to keep kitchen areas stocked, clean and orderly

Assisting in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.

Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented according to the highest standard.

Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised and efficient workspace ensuring the highest quality of product and service.

Responsible for consistency and quality of all food items prepared on your section whilst following established recipes and techniques.

Supporting in the management of inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of ingredients

Consistently achieving a high level of member, guest and staff satisfaction by exhibiting a positive attitude and building trust

Complying with all statutory and company, health and safety, security and equipment standards

Willingness to adjust hours of work to cover the business needs as and when required.

Alongside main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and when reasonably required.

Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety, food safety and hygiene protocols.
